Last week, you may have thought about signing up for my Spring Pasta class, only to be told it was sold out. As sometimes happens, we've had a cancellation -- and not just a single seat, but a whole block of them. There are now five spaces available in this class. The menu includes spring ravioli made with white wine pasta dough and filling of succulent spring vegetables, lamb stew with artichokes, insalata primavera, and cinnamon ice cream with warm berry sauce. All that for $45.
We've also got seats available in what I think will be a really fun night out, especially if you like men with good legs in kilts. On May 7, Danny and Debbie Cloutier, owners of our favorite pub, Molly Macpherson's in City Market and Richmond Hill. Molly MacP's is one of my favorite places for relaxing with good food and one of the most impressive lists of single malt Scotch that you will find anywhere in or near Savannah. The Cloutiers will be offering the secrets to their famous and sinfully wonderful Scotch eggs, Steak and Guiness Stew, and Sticky Toffee Pudding and have promised to bring at least one man in a kilt along with them. Come join us for this class: it should be a really good time, and it's only $45. Such a deal!
